I'm a computer engineer based in Cabo Verde.

ScopeMachine builds local, resilient, intelligent decision systems: infrastructure that senses, decides, and acts at the edge. The goal is operational continuity. When the connection drops or the grid flickers, the system keeps working.

The work spans the ocean and blue economy, agriculture and the green economy, and urban IoT.

We're building this to last. The aim is a financially sustainable operation, technically rigorous and rooted in the region it serves. ECOWAS is where it starts; Africa is the context.
